Cloud2GO, a company of the NGX Group, is one of the first Cloud Services Brokerage (CSB) in Brazil, a term little known in Brazil but already well-established in the world. The concept was recognized by Gartner in 2010 as a technological partner for cloud services, which, through its intellectual property, adds value to market cloud offerings, taking them in a customized way to its customers, in order to meet their needs. The CSB acts as an intermediary, aggregator and arbitrator between customers and cloud providers, supporting the customer throughout the cloud service adoption cycle, from the evaluation and approval phases, to management and technical support of the cloud environment.
