Cloud Restaurants is a restaurant management company, that manages restaurants in Dubai such as Couqley French Bistro in JLT, Couqley French Brasserie in Downtown, Butter by the Dozen (a cookie delivery company), Girl & the Goose Central American Restaurant (upcoming). Cloud Restaurants also provides specific hospitality service management needs for notable hotels in Dubai. The company started as a digital-first, delivery-only, online restaurant company, which created Dubai's first virtual restaurants - the Go! Brands - operating them in the city's first cloud kitchen. The Go! Brands were fully acquired in 2021 and the company shifted it's focus to managing the best full-service restaurants in Dubai. Cloud Restaurants is a fully controlled subsidiary of Rosy Hospitality Group Holding Ltd.
