Close the Gap Information

Close the Gap is Scotland's expert policy advocacy organisation working on women's labour market participation. We work with policymakers, employers and employees to influence and enable action to address the causes of the gender pay gap. We develop a range of guidance and tools to support employers to assess their employment policies and practices and tackle their gender pay gap. Large employers can use our Close Your Pay Gap tool to help them meet their legal gender pay gap reporting requirements, and use their data to drive gender equality in their organisation, at www.closeyourpaygap.org.uk.
