Calibrated Lifecycle Management Services, LLC (CLMS) was founded in 1997 by its managing partners, Carol Sink and Leslie McClintick. The name officially changed to CLMS, LLC in December 2007. Ms. Sink's background as an officer in the US Navy and Ms. McClintick's federal background as special agent at the Internal Revenue Service provided them both with a strong background of adhering to processes and standards, a deep knowledge of government operations, and a firm belief in the importance of integrity in service ? the foundations upon which CLMS was built. CLMS's first consulting contract was with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), supporting acquisition and portfolio management, independent verification and validation (IV&V), earned value management (EVM), risk assessment and data analysis. Soon after, the General Services Administration Federal Technology Services (GSA FTS) contracted CLMS to develop a data dictionary and a centralized Oracle backend database repository, where legacy information would be moved and stored. Over the years these contracts have been extended and evolved into additional programs demonstrating the value we bring to our clients and their desire to continue working with CLMS. CLMS provides high quality support to various government agencies. Since 1999, CLMS has served as a prime contractor and has managed multi- million dollar prime contracts. In addition to our experience as a prime, we have been a valuable subcontractor on key contracts supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Department of Defense (DoD) programs. We have supported three highly visible contracts within DHS: the United States Visitor and Immigrant Status Indicator Technology (US VISIT), the Wireless Management Office (WMO) supporting the Integrated Wireless Network (IWIN) initiative, and the Infrastructure Operations Project Management Office (IO PMO) within the DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).
