Clique Information

Clique is an initiative by young women developers dedicated to break-off the gender gap in tech field and give rise to a strong community who want to contribute in empowering women in STEM. The community aims at building project ideas together and team up college student with young developers who have got company exposure in working upon live projects. By being a part of this community, the undergraduates will not only be able to glitter their resumes with cool innovative projects but will also be able to have an industry level exposure by working with the developers in the same field. Moreover, they will be able to adapt to remotely work with team in new to normal conditions. Also they will be able to work with other enthusiasts wanting to work in the similar technologies from different colleges and curriculum. Furthermore, owing to Covid-19 pandemic, many of the current 3rd and 4th year students haven’t yet received any internship and Clique will provide them with their interestship. Apart from the benefits which the student community will gain, the young developers will get a managerial experience. Being in a bud phase of the career, apart from the technical skills, they will also have an opportunity to delve into communication, management and analytical skills which are highly important when they will step forward in the career and reach a higher position. Also they will be able to invest time in some other interesting projects apart from their routine projects. This community will help all the developers to have better networking and to get connected with other developers working in different organizations and evolve together for brighter future.
