Clique Information

Clique is a B2B SaaS platform helping care organizations address one of the most overlooked challenges in later life: loneliness. Research consistently links social isolation to outcomes associated with smoking, cardiovascular disease, and depression. Yet for care organizations, meaningful social connection remains difficult to support consistently and at scale. Clique provides a dedicated digital infrastructure for social connection within care environments, built in alignment with GDPR. Through structured small-group video interactions and one-on-one peer connections, the platform helps organizations create ongoing, meaningful engagement between moments of care - not just during them. Built from the ground up with an age-inclusive approach, Clique is intuitive, accessible, and trust-based, enabling older adults to participate with confidence rather than frustration. What Clique enables for care organizations: • Add a continuous layer of human connection between existing programs and touchpoints • Support meaningful daily engagement over time • Reduce friction and increase participation confidence • Turn everyday digital behavior into ongoing social interaction • Maintain presence between visits without adding staff workload • Surface meaningful engagement and wellbeing signals • Adapt to different organizational models, languages, and capacities Clique was awarded the CER 1st Prize for Tech-Driven Social Impact, recognizing digital social health as an emerging layer within care systems. Clique is currently preparing for its initial pilot phase in collaboration with care organizations. Built for care organizations, senior living communities, healthcare providers, and municipalities seeking to make social connection part of care.
