Clinsight is dedicated to prostate cancer. We develop ClinAI™, an AI-based histopathology platform. It turns routine prostate biopsies into clinically actionable information across the patient pathway, from diagnosis and risk stratification to the selection of treatment. ClinAI analyses standard haematoxylin and eosin (H&E)-stained tissue sections, digitised as whole-slide images. It requires no additional tissue, molecular testing or specialised laboratory hardware, and it is designed for use in digital pathology laboratories regardless of scanner or workflow. The platform is built on long-term, outcome-linked clinical data and more than a decade of peer-reviewed research in AI-assisted prostate pathology. The models have been validated on independent international data. ClinAI is currently available for Research Use Only in clinical trials and research collaborations. We collaborate with pharmaceutical sponsors, contract research organisations, pathology laboratories and clinical centres on patient stratification, biomarker research and companion diagnostic development.
