Clifton Moor Pre-School Information

Clifton Moor Pre-School has been offering excellent learning and development opportunities for children for the last 12 years. In 2010 the Pre-School moved on to the Lakeside Primary School site where the Manager and staff work closely with the School and Foundation Stage teachers. Clifton Moor Pre-School has held 'Outstandingin all areas' status across all Oftsed inspections since 2011. This is a fantastic achievement well deserved by our dedicated staff team. Clifton Moor Pre-School welcomes families from all areas of York and enjoys a good relationship with the Parent/Carers of the children attending the setting. We offer part time places for children aged between 2 years 6 months and 5 years, and run 10 sessions a week. Here at Clifton Moor Pre-School the children enjoy a variety of free choice resources that cover all areas of learning including Creative Play, Messy Play, Role Play, Construction and Small World as well as our new secure outdoor area in which the children are free to explore at any time during the session.
