Clifftops is a unique setting, a special place for our family. The beautiful natural setting provides us with outdoor recreational activities and tranquil solitude whenever desired. LIFFTOPS is a 2,000-acre gated residential community conveniently located between Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee on Monteagle Mountain. We are part of the South Cumberland Plateau, which offers wooded landscapes, mountain bluff views, native trees and wildflowers, streams and waterfalls. CLIFFTOPS consists of 280 privately owned lots. The CLIFFTOPS Property Owners Association (CPOA) maintains a system of internal roads, as well as recreational facilities for the benefit of its members. Our gate has electronically controlled access and is manned by security personnel Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. State-of-the-art surveillance equipment monitors the entrance and exits. CLIFFTOPS is mainly in Marion County with a small section in Franklin County.
