Client First Staffing Solutions is a locally-owned, full service staffing company supporting Central Arkansas. Opening in March of 2008, we quickly developed a reputation for providing our clients and candidates with something different than they were used to with other staffing companies. Before we opened for business, we made a conscious decision to assign equal importance to our candidates as we do to our paying customers--this philosophy has set us apart from our competitors in a very positive way. Our #1 focus is to provide our clients with the best possible candidates to meet their staffing needs. We do this by developing relationships, listening to our clients and working together with them as a team.
