We are a new global private equity fund focused on investing in the consumer and techsumer space, dedicated to investing in companies led by extraordinary entrepreneurs revolutionizing their industries. We target companies that understand the needs, preferences, and problems of the consumers they are focused on serving. As a fund, we are committed to delivering superior investment returns by partnering closely with the entrepreneurs leading our portfolio companies, and sharing our deep expertise and resources with them to further enable their success. We seek to make investments of $5M to $20M in fast-growing companies that are profitable or imminently profitable and have a proven product or service which is uniquely solving a problem or meeting a need or fulfilling a preference for one or more demographic cohorts of consumers.
