Cleo Ventures Information

Cleo Ventures is a €30M pre-seed and seed fund backing exceptional humans in the era of abundant intelligence. We invest exclusively in AI-native companies. By dedicating all of our time to AI, we build deeper conviction, a stronger network, and deliver greater value to founders. We write €300K to €1M checks at pre-seed and seed, often before the first line of code or the first hire. As former founders ourselves, we know the journey isn't easy. We make decisions quickly and support founders through the ups and downs, from key hires to fundraising and strategic positioning. What sets us apart: - Built by founders. We've founded and scaled companies ourselves, and we partner with founders from day one. - Cleo Trailblazers Club. A curated group of world-class AI founders and operators who hold carried interest in our fund and coach portfolio founders across go-to-market, product, research, and org building. - Backed by AI entrepreneurs. More than 40 AI entrepreneurs who have built companies from 0 to 1 are LPs in Cleo, acting as trusted allies to founders as they scale. Our portfolio and track record includes MatX, Fintool (acquired by Microsoft), Tomorro, DeepIP, Animaj, Lightdash, GitGuardian, Exotec, and Alice & Bob. We firmly believe today is one of the best moments in history to back generational founders building with AI. If that's you, let's talk.
