Clearwater was established by Mike Sullivan in 1984. Its reputation is based on professionalism and a high level of technical expertise originating from roots in engineering and civil infrastructure. The company has steadily grown over the last 34 years and today, with Mike still at the helm, specialises in design and build solutions in large-scale –steel-structure residential apartment, commercial, retail, industrial and car park projects. Clearwater is positioned to deliver projects in the $500 thousand to $50 million range. It enjoys a current annual turnover in the order of $100 million. Having Clearwater involved from the onset of the project will allow the financial focus to shift from an entry price to the exit costs. This in turn enables the most effective engineering solutions to the client and a build programme that is both seamless and time efficient.
