Clearspire is a reengineered law practice that departs significantly from the traditional Big Law model. Our innovative approach to law combines a national law firm with a legally-distinct business management company and a world-class enterprise IT infrastructure. Clearspire’s unique two-company, technology-enabled model better aligns the interests of clients and their outside counsel and liberates experienced attorneys, drawn predominantly from the AmLaw 100, to practice law while allowing competent business, technology, and legal thought leaders to manage the business (non-practice related). Founded in November of 2008, we spent more than two years refining our structure and building out our proprietary, web-enabled IT platform before commencing operations as a law firm in October 2011.
