The ClearSounds brand was born in 1984 by the founders of HITEC Group, a family owned business that specializes in the distribution of products that change the lives of people with hearing & vision loss. HITEC developed and manufactured several private label products under this brand until 2004, when ClearSounds was incorporated as it's own company to expand the line. ClearSounds embodies exactly what the name indicates -- Clear Sounds. ClearSounds Communications has risen to become the leading manufacturer of cutting-edge assistive listening devices for individuals experiencing mild-to-moderate hearing loss. Our successes can be attributed to the passion our stakeholders and employees share for helping customers experience a life rich in conversation. Michele Ahlman, president of ClearSounds Communications realized that the numbers of individuals with hearing loss, whether genetic, or disease-related, were nearing epidemic proportions, and that existing products were not addressing all lifestyle needs. As a result, ClearSounds Communications launched its signature line of telecommunication products that combined functionality with style and versatility. The ClearsSounds solution offers individuals a gateway to a world free from communication barriers.
