ClearPathNYC Information

ClearPath is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides teenagers phasing out of the foster care system and homeless youth access to our Young Adult Support Portal. The portal provides them access to programs designed to elevate them from potential homelessness. The programs include shelters and temporary housing, mental wellness services and art therapy, food banks and community gardens, academic support, and job opportunities. ClearPath’s team also reaches out to young people in need in person and through social media to recommend resources, host fundraisers for those in need, and provide valuable information to allies.
