CleanShield is infused with an EPA registered ionic-silver technology that provides continuous 24/7 protection against the growth of bacteria, fungus, mold and other damaging microbes that limit the functional life of your film. Silver-silver ions are small enough to be transparent. They are also mobile enough to flood the surface of the film. Air moisture activates the release of silver ions from their cage, which, in turn deters bacterial growth on the surface of the film.
