Based in Annapolis, CleanCo Inc. provides cleaning services to commercial customers in central Maryland. CleanCo Inc. was founded by Ed Wright who, with his wife, started a successful local residential cleaning company "Spouses Cleaning Houses" in 1995. In 2002 CleanCo was founded on the same basic principles as Ed's successful residential business: that a professional cleaning maintenance organization would succeed if it demonstrated a commitment to high standards, extra-ordinary service, and a value for its customers. CleanCo trains cleaning teams and builds a regular schedule of customers for each cleaner or team of cleaners. Cleaning teams have a leader who oversees the cleaning duties. Customer satisfaction is the top priority with CleanCo. Customers receive routine follow-ups to ensure satisfaction with the services provided. CleanCo is insured and bonded to provide added security to its customers.
