CleanClac is the app that organizes short-term rental cleaning. Cleaning is the most decisive link in the guest experience, and the least equipped: calendars to watch, text messages, door codes floating around in group chats, no proof of the work done. CleanClac replaces that patchwork with a simple mechanism, from guest checkout to proof of a completed cleaning. In practice: • Connected to your Airbnb, Booking or Vrbo calendars, or to your PMS (Beds24, Smoobu, Lodgify, Hostaway, Guesty, SuperHote), the app creates a cleaning at every guest checkout, automatically. Manual scheduling remains available for every other use case: directly managed guesthouses, home cleaning, offices. • Each property has its own 3D-illustrated checklist, which cleaners follow and tick off from their phone. Quality becomes consistent, whoever is doing the work. • Every cleaning ends with evidence that holds up in a dispute: photos or video timestamped server-side, with the file's digital fingerprint and GPS position. Backdating is impossible. Actual duration, property condition on arrival and incident reports complete the recap. • Consumables are tracked per property, with low-level alerts and quantities calculated from the guest count. Access codes are only shared with the assigned cleaner on the day of the cleaning. Our model goes against the grain: cleaner accounts are free forever and unlimited. The subscription only depends on the number of active properties, and works out to less than 2€ per property per month for portfolios of more than 5 properties on the annual plan. CleanClac serves individual hosts as well as property managers running several hundred properties, and the cleaners who handle turnovers in the field.
