Clean Master Information

Clean Master is a company that likes to give back to the community that supports us. We donate locally every year and have helped organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Butte Humane Society, the Birthday Place at Feather River Hospital, the local Sheriff's Dept and many others. Here at Clean Master we try to promote a family atmosphere. When possible, we try to keep the same teams with the same clients so we can develop that relationship between client and team member. Though we cannot guarantee this for every cleaning we will have an alternate team available if your normal maid(s) cannot clean on the regularly scheduled date of your cleaning due to illness or because he/she is on vacation. We try to be sure that our cleaning is not an invasion of new and different strangers every time but instead, a pleasant and relaxing time knowing that you will come to a clean home, better than how you left it as well as having your house in the hands of someone you know and trust. If you call 7:30am-4:30pm then your call will most likely be answered by Marcella, our Office Manager who has been working with us for almost 7 years. She has a BA in Spanish and can help with any translating you may need with some of our team members. Those of you who request a phone call reminder the day before your cleaning have come to know Sonia, our dedicated Office Assistant who has been with us for almost 6 years. Sonia is also bi-lingual English/Spanish and available to translate. Temporarily filling in for Sonia while she is on Maternity Leave with her new son is Michelle. Michelle is the newest addition to the Clean Master family. Other team members include General Manager/Estimator Noah who has been with the company since its conception in 1991. We have two other estimators who have over 10 years experience combined. We do realize that the majority of people that should have help in their homes cannot afford to do so.
