CAAC has pushed the boundaries of reforestation and sustainable development becoming the first company to achieve several certifications and winning technical awards. However, the best metrics for TIST has been its expansion to four developing countries, growth to over 80,000 subsistence farmers, the planting of 16 million trees (alive, counted and documented) and over $100 million in benefits to the farmers.
