Pharmacy & logistics Claya routes prescriptions to partnered pharmacies and manages shipping and substitutions end-to-end. Typical ship time is targeted at 24–48 hours once an order is complete; documented substitution pathways are used during shortages. Patients are updated proactively, and clinics receive a concise weekly status summary (no PHI).
