Classroom Support Information

Classroom Support places teaching assistants, LSAs and HLTAs into special schools, SEN units, PRUs and mainstream settings across London, Kent and Essex. We are a SEND specialist. That means consultants who understand the difference between one to one EHCP support and working across a group in a special school, and who know your provision before they send anyone into it. For schools, that is same day cover when a TA calls in, and a consultant who knows the setting rather than whoever answers the phone. For trusts, we are named as a supplier on the Government Commercial Agency's (GCA) RM6376 Supply Teachers and Education Recruitment framework, under Lot 1. From September 2026 academy trusts must procure supply staff through this route or an equivalent one. Capped daily margins, Single Central Record data on request, and a written audit trail on every assignment. For candidates, roles in schools where your experience is actually used, with your own SEND consultant and honest expectations about the work and the pay.
