Classic Builders, a division of 0760241 B.C. Ltd, was founded in 1993 in Sicamous, B.C. From 1993 to 2006 we specialized in custom new home construction in and beyond the Shuswap region. After incorporation in 2006, while continuing to build custom homes of the highest quality, we expanded into larger projects such as multi-family condominiums and housing, and commercial development. At Classic Builders, we take pride in providing our clients with a superior product that we stand behind. We offer all of our clients a 10 Year New Home Warranty, so you feel at ease as you enjoy years of comfort and satisfaction in your new home or commercial property. We are strong supporters of the Industry Training Authority (ITA) and encourage our employees to further their education, knowledge, and training.
