Multi-supplier catalogs decay. Every new supplier arrives with its own codes, formats and missing attributes, and the ERP, PIM, web shop and print catalog quietly stop agreeing with each other. Claro is the layer that fixes that and keeps it fixed. We read supplier feeds, price lists, PDFs, exploded drawings and ERP exports in any language, work out which records describe the same real product, fill missing attributes from documents that already exist, classify to ETIM, eCl@ss, UNSPSC or your own taxonomy, and write validated changes back into the systems your teams already use. What makes it different: - Governance first. Every match, attribute and classification carries its source and a confidence score, and nothing writes back without a reason your team can check. Merges and reclassifications always need a named human. - Identity between companies, not inside one. Claro works across supplier-fed catalogs, where identifiers are missing or colliding, rather than inside one manufacturer's own parts data. - Your rules, learned once. Claro learns which codes supersede which, what counts as a valid replacement in your category and which attributes a quote depends on, then applies that on the first file and the ten-thousandth. What we do: supplier onboarding, catalog matching, product classification, deduplication, enrichment and governed write-back into SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Akeneo, Pimcore, Shopify or a custom ERP.
