Built from personal experience, Clarifer brings medical documents, medications, symptom tracking, family updates, emergency information, and care coordination into one calm and collaborative space. Our mission is simple: help caregivers feel less overwhelmed. Clarifer combines thoughtful organization tools with AI-powered assistance to help users better understand medical information, reduce fragmentation, and coordinate care more confidently. Currently we are preparing for a June 2026 launch across web, iOS, and Android platforms while partnering with caregiver communities and healthcare organizations to support families through difficult moments.
