Founded in 2017 in Santa Cruz, California, Claret Bioscience develops innovative next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies that help researchers recover more information from challenging DNA and RNA samples. Our multidisciplinary team combines expertise in molecular biology, genomics, and assay development to create flexible library preparation and sequencing solutions for applications ranging from cell-free DNA and FFPE to methylation analysis, ancient DNA, oligos, and RNA. Claret’s technologies include SRSLY®, our single-reaction, single-stranded DNA library preparation platform, as well as REALLY and FORSHEAR, which expand the possibilities for working with fragmented, damaged, low-input, and otherwise challenging nucleic acid samples.
