Starting from her deep belief that engagement and connection are at the heart of our psychological needs, Clara created her own model in coaching that focuses on the “Self” as a main component for success. When your journey starts with a choice to engage and connect with yourself, you become ready to engage and connect with the outer world; be it with your family, friends, partner, co-workers or community. This model is at the heart of her work with individuals and corporations alike. In a world where we are constantly being bombarded with ideas and events that are disconnecting us, the feelings of emptiness, dissatisfaction, lack of motivation & purpose, anxiety & depression are on the rise and we feel terribly lost and helpless in the midst of everything. Today's events are showing us the pain and suffering of disconnected-ness, hoping that it would lead us to appreciate and find our way back to each other, the way back to our essence. But to get there, we need to amend our relationship with ourselves first. Let’s take this journey together back to our authentic self, where we own our story and show our true colors to the world; maybe then this mosaic of a human race can be mended and we can all own our potential and take an active part in the new world.
