Clampsafe International is a joint venture between Peter Mansfield and his partners. Peters aim was to develop a wire rope clamp to secure bundles of Casing, Drill Pipe and any other equipment that requires slinging to and from offshore MODU's (mobile offshore drilling units) or Installations. While working in Supply Bases, Offshore and being involved in the loading of many support vessels they have seen firsthand the problems arising from slings becoming loose, Peter recognized that a safe clamp for the industry was a necessity and long overdue. Introducing the Clampsafe Cobra, easy to fit and strong enough to handle extreme conditions the device has been extensively tested in the field and the feedback from industry management and workers confirms the Clampsafe Cobra is safe, durable and easy to use. Peter and his partners share over 40 years Logistics experience in Oil, Gas and Transport Industries.
