We are a claim auditing and consulting provider with a specialization in Workers Compensation, Automobile Liability, and General Liability claims. We are not a third party administrator or claim handler. With no ownership by brokers, carriers, or TPAs, we are free to help our clients pursue independent solutions. We provide claim auditing, TPA oversight, and case management services. We also provide claim auditing software. We exist because we don't feel good about the state of the claim industry, and can help our clients succeed in managing their workers compensation and liability claims. Good claim outcomes have taken a backseat to bureaucracy. Claims are no longer managed, but processed. The basic claim model has shifted over the years from handling claims to outsourcing the various components of claim handling. Investigators, nurse case managers, defense attorneys, bill reviewers, and an army of outside vendors perform basic claim adjusting functions inflating allocated expense. Cases stay open longer than is necessary, inventories expand, reserves and experience mods grow, and ultimately total paid costs become unmanageable. Excellence can be achieved. Active management, oversight, and basic hard work are the cornerstones of achieving that excellence.
