C&L was established in 1996 and operated mostly in the Petrochemical Industry. The value C&L brought to the table was recognized by the Sasol group and C&L was requested to do extensive work on the Netgain Project for Sasol (Pty) Ltd. C&L has grown over the last number of years to become one of the most significant multidisciplinary teams in the Petrochemical Industry in Africa. A multidisciplinary team is a group composed of members with varied but complimentary experience, qualifications , and skills that contribute to the achievement of the organisation's specific objectives . We provide complete methods-time measurement studies on Small, Medium, Large and Mega projects for and on behalf of our Clients. This includes Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Estimating, Project Management, Land Surveying and Claims Assessments. Maintenance and Shutdowns is a major focus area in our business and we believe the strategy to bundle the options into one plan, reduces complexity and saves money.
