Charles Lee founded CL Builders in 2000 in Los Angeles, California. We specialize in building high-end custom houses and renovation around Arcadia and San Gabriel Valley area. Our company has been an active participant in construction industry for 15 years. CL Builders has always displayed a high degree of integrity and responsibility.
