De Coaching Academy, opgericht in 1998, is de plek voor professionele begeleidingskunst en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Wij leiden op in het begeleiden van individuen, teams en organisaties. In Nederland waren wij het eerste opleidingsinstituut dat (in 2012) op alle niveau's met een EQA erkend is. (EQA is het Europese keurmerk van de European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) voor coachopleidingen). We zijn niet gericht op het herkenbare, maar op het bijzondere, het onverwachte. Als wij naar elkaar, naar onszelf en naar iedere ander kijken als iemand die uniek is en over potentieel beschikt, dan kan letterlijk alles ontstaan. Met deze visie werken wij en leiden wij op.
