Castellaw Kom Architects (CKA) was established in May 1992 as a partnership between Gregory G. Castellaw, AIA and Laurance H. Kom, AIA. Both principals had successfully worked together as project architects for a number of years in the same architectural firm. Both also have spent time as designers in the urban environment, Greg in Portland and Larry in Las Vegas, which strengthened their skills and experience prior to moving back to this area to be near their extended families. Greg was raised in nearby Moscow, ID and Larry is from Orofino, ID. The principals of CKA have a strong design background with projects ranging up to 200,000 sq. ft. Their past performance shows they provide quality design and service regardless of the size of the project.
