Inspired to create a gallery space for high quality fine art, CK Gallery first opened its doors in 2008 as an art studio. Gallery director and owner, Jason Williams, and business partner and Art Consultant, Carolyn Kerr, aim to be at the forefront of the industry and bridge the gap between artist and buyer. Kerr’s experience in art ranges from both private and public galleries in Toronto, New York, New Zealand and Australia. With a wealth of knowledge in the fine art world, both as an exhibiting artist in the gallery sphere and also in the commercial art world, Kerr’s expertise covers working with artists and curators, developing exhibitions and promoting contemporary fine art. Now in the sixth year of operating, the duo behind CK Gallery understand techniques in painting, drawing, mediums, materials and various methods of the artist. CK Gallery understands the importance of interpreting the requirements of the client, and this ability enables a unique yet personal collection. Located in the hub of Newtown, Sydney, CK Gallery is at the forefront of the Arts precinct presenting exciting, new art works that range from contemporary pieces to traditional fine art.
