CK Campus Information

CK Campus is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Creative + STEM workforce development organization serving youth ages 15–24 across Dallas–Fort Worth. We deliver applied, real-world learning experiences that build workforce identity, creative confidence, and tangible technical skills connected to future career pathways. Through immersive pop-up labs and multi-week cohorts, students develop portfolio work, industry exposure, and career clarity. Our model supports both prevention and re-engagement by strengthening identity and direction before long-term educational or workforce disconnection takes root. CK Campus partners with schools, nonprofits, employers, and communities to align creative learning with regional workforce realities and measurable outcomes. Our programs emphasize exposure, confidence-building, and early pathway awareness through hands-on Creative + STEM experiences connected to industry and professional practice. Students explore the intersection of design, technology, engineering, and digital tools while developing problem-solving skills that translate to postsecondary education and workforce opportunities. CK Campus partners with schools, community organizations, and industry professionals to deliver cohort-based programs, mentorship, and learning experiences that reflect real-world workflows and evolving career pathways. Our work is rooted in the belief that creativity is a STEM skill and that access, exposure, and guidance can change trajectories.
