Your engineering firm should have something at stake. Traditional civil engineering firms get paid as the work is completed, while developers can wait years for their project to payout. That disconnect is built into the traditional fee model. Civilocity is built differently. On select land development projects, you pay a portion of our fee as the work progresses. But most of it is contingent on the project payout we agree to upfront. That keeps more of your capital available to move the project forward and puts our incentives where they belong: alongside yours. Alignment isn’t something we promise after the contract is signed. It’s built into the fee. If you’re waiting for the project to pay you, we’re waiting too. We support residential communities, multifamily, commercial, and industrial developments from early feasibility through permit-ready plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, agency coordination, permitting, and civil construction documents. We don’t offer this structure on every project. But when we believe in the developer and the project, we’re willing to put our fee behind it.
