Civil Concepts, Inc. is a Texas Corporation established in 1981 which provides professionally licensed services in Engineering, Architecture, Land Surveying and Project Management. Civil Concepts provides its clients with a well rounded experienced team of professionals committed to giving every project, large or small, the attention it deserves. Civil Concepts has extensive experience in many project types including government, private, commercial and industrial. Our services include the design of small to medium sized commercial buildings, municipal projects, large industrial buildings, master planned communities/subdivisions and unique one-off projects for our clients. Civil Concepts diverse experience allows us to offer consulting services representing government and private entities with respect to each other. Located in Pasadena, Texas on the southeast side of the greater Houston Metroplex, Civil Concepts is ideally located to conveniently service the entire Houston/Galveston corridor and the surrounding regions.
