CivicFlow was spun out of StoneShare’s municipal process automation practice, building on more than a decade of experience working with local government. We understand that municipal technology needs to fit the way municipalities actually operate - across departments, approvals, records, regulatory requirements and existing Microsoft environments. Our approach is collaborative and practical. We work directly with municipal teams to understand the process, identify where work gets stuck or duplicated, and configure workflows around how the organization needs to operate. Wherever possible, we start with proven municipal applications and reusable workflow components rather than building every solution from scratch. The result is less administrative effort, faster and more consistent approvals, better visibility into work in progress, stronger accountability, and cleaner information for reporting and decision-making.
