Citycare provides end to end estates solutions for the delivery of public services and was appointed as the LIFT delivery vehicle for Hull in 2004. It is a partnership between Sewell Group, The UME Group and Community Health Partnerships. This PPP (Public Private Partnership) is responsible for property investment, development, design, construction, maintenance and estates management services delivering over £100m worth of investment over a 25 year period. Investment that will deliver a step change to the delivery of public services in Hull. NHS LIFT was designed to be a new approach to the delivery of the primary healthcare estate and capital investment for community based health and social care. The initiative is designed to deliver a "step change" in the quality of the primary care estate. Local stakeholders enter a public private partnership (PPP) agreement to own, develop and fully maintain property for primary, community and social care users.
