Our residential services are designed to control household pests. This includes treating all areas throughout the inside of the home that can harbor insects, baiting key areas in the kitchen and bath areas, and Power spraying or placing granular insecticides around the perimeter of the home and garage. We provide an initial treatment to eliminate current pest problems, followed by a maintenance program (Monthly, Bi-monthly or Quarterly) to keep pest under control. This service is guaranteed for the control of Cockroaches, ants, silverfish, scorpions, mice and rats depending on the frequency of our follow-up visits. City Pest Control also offers a complete repair or remodeling service, as well as or exclusion service. We can repair a hole in an eave or remodel an entire bathroom. Our construction service is headed by Zeke who has pest control as well as construction experience.
