CitrusDev started as a team of 2 freelancers in 2011 to work with local Ukrainian customers. Nowadays, we are an international outsourcing company with clients from the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Italy, Israel, Australia, and many others. We prefer to work as a service solution provider or within a dedicated team model. We don't like micromanagement, we preach self-motivation and continuous education of each team member.
