Citizens for Public Leadership Information

CPL is an independent and non-partisan movement focused on advocating for progressive public policy in India. We aim to develop the next generation of public leaders who possess the right skills and the mindset required to shape the future of our country. Through our programs we mobilise, engage and educate young citizens to unlock the true potential of a participatory democracy. CPL is an apolitical non-profit with the sole objective of strengthening the capacity of our youth to take up leadership challenges in the public sphere. We are very excited to invite a new cohort of Fellows to join us in our quest to change the landscape of public policy in India. The CPL fellowship provides fellows with the right academic framework required to enter the world of public service and governance. The Fellowship is part-time and runs online with only 3 days of in-person policy retreat. The sessions are conducted on weekends or post work hours and it requires a commitment of 4 hours a week.
