Citizens Advice Exeter believes that everyone should have access to free, impartial and confidential advice. It is our mission to provide information and guidance to our community, helping people who find themselves in need of assistance, find a way forward. We are a local, independent charity and because we are not Government funded, we are reliant on grants and donations to continue the essential and vital work we do. Every penny raised contributes toward ensuring that we continue to keep our services running - providing free, impartial and confidential advice. In 2024/25 alone, Citizens Advice Exeter supported 5,070 people with 18,578 issues. If we had not been able to assist them, who would they have turned to?
