Citi Security are the largest provider of hotel and concierge security in Wales. We have built our reputation on enhancing the customer-experience and acting as ambassadors for our clients. Security and safety are key components of tourist's satisfaction surveys of staying in hotels (Narayan et al (2008). Citi Security act as a business enabler. Not just in terms of creating strategies to address potential threats, but also by reinforcing the customer-focussed approach of our clients and enhancing the staying experience for residents. Each hotel has its own bespoke requirements. Due to our experience in the hotel industry, we are able to deliver security practises that are seamlessly embedded within the day-to-day running of the hotel. We carry out regular appraisals with our clients and monitor the quality of service. The positive comments we receive refer to our smartly attired personnel - acting as both as a welcoming and reassuring presence. Also, our ability to respond with little, if any notice, to our client's needs.
