Cowell Insurance Services (CIS) is your local Insurance Agency and Program Administrator dedicated to meeting the unique challenges of the insurance industry. We define our Program Business as insurance products targeted to a particular niche market or class, generally representing a book of similar risks placed with one carrier. CIS associates have over 25 years of dedicated service in the insurance program business industry. We have our own in-house Third Party Administrator for Workers'​ Compensation claims. Our associates have over 20 years of experience in the Workers'​ Compensation industry. CIS is committed to being the premier Program Specialist designing programs for retail agents, industry clients or a combination.
