They have fed billions, shaped economies and become the invisible base of products and supply chains around the world. But no resilient portfolio relies on only a few stocks. It’s time to broaden the base. At Cirkulär, we're farming functional base ingredients from what already exists. Through Cirkulär Farming, we combine industrial sidestreams, proprietary fungi and controlled fermentation to create consistent ingredients for feed, food and beyond. Our first harvest is MycoMeal™: a functional, nutrient-rich mycoprotein designed as a versatile B2B drop-in ingredient across feed and food applications. MycoMeal™ has already moved beyond the laboratory. It is produced at our operational demo plant in southern Sweden, evaluated in real applications and used in products that have reached end consumers, including the world’s first commercially sold fish fed on mycoprotein.
