These constraints limit how broadly current RNA therapeutics can be deployed and who can benefit from them. Through its proprietary ciRNA™ circular RNA platform, we engineer next-generation RNA therapeutics with precision targeting for transformative impact across multiple disease areas. By redesigning the RNA molecule itself, the lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulation and introducing a patch delivery system, Circurna is building a platform capable of delivering robust and sustained therapeutic protein expression with improved tolerability, simplified global distribution, and injection-free patient-friendly administration, addressing the core limitations of earlier RNA technologies.
