Our products are designed to improve patient comfort, effectiveness, and continuity of care across acute and home care settings. Building on our expertise in neonatal respiratory care and home monitoring, Circadiance is expanding its technology platform to address one of the most challenging points in neonatal care: the transition from the NICU to home. Our NICU-to-Home platform connects clinical teams, discharge teams, home care providers, and parents around the information, monitoring, workflows, and tools needed to support a safer, more coordinated transition. By connecting care across the hospital and home, we aim to improve continuity, reduce gaps in care, support families, and help prevent avoidable readmissions. Circadiance continues to develop respiratory products while building the connected technology infrastructure to support the next generation of NICU-to-Home care.
