𝗪𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. CIRAS is the confidential safety hotline for the transport sector. We listen to workers’ safety, health, and wellbeing concerns. We protect their identity to pass their concerns to the right people, at the relevant company, who can then take action to reduce risk. Our member companies can therefore learn from and act on information that might otherwise stay hidden. People can pass their concerns through CIRAS to another company, such as a client, site owner, or contractor—not just to their employer. If you raise a concern through us, we always share the company's response with you. Our members are forward-thinking companies across transport. They are committed to improving health, safety and wellbeing, and building a culture of listening, so that everyone gets home safe and well. Those who raise concerns with us may feel they can’t use internal reporting channels, or may have tried to use them without success. You can use CIRAS whether you've spoken up about your concern anywhere else before, or if you're raising it for the first time. You can raise a concern with us in the following ways. Download the CIRAS reporting app on the App Store and Google Play. Call us on 0800 4 101 101 (UK) or 1800 239 239 (ROI). Use our online form at https://www.ciras.org.uk/raise-a-concern or mail FREEPOST CIRAS. If there is an immediate risk of harm, please tell your supervisor or use more immediate reporting channels.
